All appraisal reports prepared by Rochi Llaneza are in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and comply with Principles of Appraisal Practice and Code of Ethics of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). In accordance with these standards, all reports are confidential and no part of the report will be released to anyone without the client’s written permission.
Llaneza offers over 35 years experience working in the fine art world. Specialized appraisal valuations are available for Fine Art, including 20th Century and Contemporary art. Appraisals may be used for the purpose of pricing, charitable donation, estate planning, bankruptcy, insurance or division of assets. Located in Miami, Florida evaluations are available worldwide.
